Responsibilities
Our talent team is representing a confidential retail experience agency seeking a Senior Project Manager in Stuttgart. In this role, you will:
- Lead complex projects independently from planning through budget control to final billing
- Provide strategic client consulting and account development for brands in retail, sports, fashion, beauty, and luxury sectors, working closely with senior account leadership
- Manage transparent budget planning and hold full financial accountability for your assigned project portfolio
- Provide professional guidance and mentorship to junior colleagues on your team
- Oversee diverse formats including retail campaigns, events, and brand experiences with confidence
- Coordinate cross-functional internal teams, external vendors, and partners while maintaining strict quality standards, budgets, and timelines
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience focused on retail, sports, fashion, or luxury sectors
- Proven experience leading and developing project teams with strong commercial thinking and strategic consulting capabilities
- Enthusiasm for dynamic work spanning strategic conception through precise operational execution
- Interdisciplinary mindset with strong team spirit and the ability to maintain overview during intensive project phases
- Excellent presentation, communication, and negotiation skills in both German and English
