Technical Project Manager (all genders) – Retail and window campaigns

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential luxury retail organization seeking a Technical Project Manager to join their team in Stuttgart, Germany. In this role, you will oversee sophisticated retail window campaigns and visual merchandising projects, ensuring flawless execution from concept through installation. Our client operates at the highest tier of retail presentation, demanding exceptional attention to detail and technical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-end window campaigns and retail installations, maintaining premium quality and aesthetic standards throughout all project phases
• Serve as the technical point of contact for clients, coordinating between design teams, prototyping specialists, production facilities, and logistics partners
• Oversee project budgets and timelines across all phases, ensuring campaigns are delivered successfully, on schedule, and within financial parameters
• Apply technical expertise to material selection and review technical drawings for feasibility and manufacturability
• Manage quality control checkpoints during production, including prototyping approvals, visual merchandising reviews, and pre-assembly sign-offs
• Oversee final on-site installation of window campaigns at locations throughout Germany

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in project management, ideally with focus on technical campaigns, prototyping, and production environments
• Strong technical aptitude with solid knowledge of materials and ability to read and interpret 3D visualizations and technical drawings for execution planning
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous
• Excellent communication skills in both German and English, with confidence in direct client interaction
• Willingness to support on-site installations and travel within Germany as needed
• Independent, structured, and responsible working style with high quality standards
• Interest in fashion, innovation, sustainability, and craftsmanship
