Microsoft Copilot Studio und AI Solutions Consultant (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential cloud technology organization seeking a Microsoft Copilot Studio und AI Solutions Consultant to develop intelligent and scalable AI solutions for enterprise clients.

You will guide valuable use cases from initial concept through prototype and pilot phases into secure production operation. Your work will center on Microsoft Copilot Studio, Microsoft Foundry, Azure AI Services, and the integration of enterprise data, processes, and existing platforms.

• Conception, development, and operation of intelligent agents and multi-agent solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Design and implementation of generative AI solutions with Microsoft Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and additional Azure AI Services
• Development of suitable solution architectures including orchestration, Retrieval Augmented Generation, and connection of enterprise data
• Integration of connectors, APIs, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, and other enterprise systems
• Conducting technical discovery workshops and implementation of prototypes, proof of value projects, pilots, and production-ready solutions
• Contributing to Agent as a Service offerings and consulting on security, governance, Responsible AI, operations, and scaling

What We're Looking For

• Practical experience developing agents with Microsoft Copilot Studio, ideally including multi-agent scenarios
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Foundry, Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, or comparable platforms for generative AI
• Technical understanding of Large Language Models, prompt engineering, orchestration, Retrieval Augmented Generation, and data integration
• Experience with Power Platform, connectors, REST APIs, automation, and enterprise architectures
• Knowledge of security, governance, data protection, compliance, and responsible AI in enterprise contexts
• Team collaboration skills, enthusiasm for innovation, and confident communication in German and English
• One or more relevant Microsoft certifications (AI-900, AI-102, AB-100, AB-620, or AB-730), or willingness to acquire them promptly
