Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential market research organization in their search for a Senior Research Consultant (DACH B2B Focus) based in London. Our client operates a specialized B2B research unit serving consultancy clients and corporate decision-makers across professional audiences in the DACH region.

This is a senior-level position requiring deep expertise in quantitative B2B market research. You will lead complex research projects from initial scoping through to insight delivery, working with hard-to-reach professional audiences and fast-moving corporate clients.

Responsibilities

• Manage quantitative B2B research projects end-to-end, including screening design, questionnaire development, platform configuration, fieldwork oversight, and data delivery
• Design and optimize bespoke study methodologies for B2B use cases such as Target Group Analysis, Usage & Attitude studies, Pricing research, and Concept Testing
• Serve as a senior strategic advisor to consultancy and corporate clients, providing guidance on sample feasibility, survey logic, and research approaches under tight timelines
• Collaborate with commercial teams on project scoping, feasibility assessments, and methodology definition for complex client requests
• Develop and standardize B2B screening protocols, sampling frameworks, and best practices to maintain delivery quality and speed across projects
• Create executive-ready reports and deliver compelling presentations that translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of quantitative market research experience with a distinct focus on B2B target groups and professional decision-makers (agency or consulting background required)
• Hands-on experience designing studies, writing questionnaires, and executing quantitative projects across core B2B methodologies
• Proven track record creating executive-level reports and presenting complex insights to senior stakeholders through clear storytelling
• Strategic, commercially minded approach with confidence to guide clients and defend research decisions under pressure
• Excellence in high-velocity environments with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritize effectively under tight deadlines
• German language proficiency at C2 level required, plus strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Pragmatic, proactive, and resilient mindset with passion for data quality and innovation
