About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential global media agency seeking a Campaign Manager to join their influencer and social marketing team in London. Our client is a recognized leader in creator-led content, delivering award-winning campaigns across more than 70 countries. This is an opportunity to manage end-to-end influencer marketing programmes for major global brands, from tactical activations to long-term partnerships designed to drive measurable impact across the full marketing funnel.

Responsibilities

  • Develop influencer marketing strategies and campaign plans tailored to client objectives
  • Identify and select suitable influencers, considering brand alignment and audience reach
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with a diverse network of influencers
  • Negotiate and secure influencer partnerships, including compensation, deliverables, and contractual agreements
  • Provide influencers with clear guidelines and creative briefs for campaign content
  • Review and approve influencer-generated content to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives
  • Coordinate content approvals with clients and ensure all necessary revisions are made
  • Create and manage project timelines, ensuring all campaign milestones are met
  • Oversee budgets and expenditures for each campaign to ensure cost-effectiveness
  • Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimization

What We're Looking For

  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience planning and executing influencer campaigns
  • Demonstrable experience delegating and prioritizing an ever-changing workload
  • Competent writing and communication skills
  • Able to work effectively and calmly under pressure
  • Understanding of influencer marketing and social metrics (impressions, reach, engagements)
  • Right to work in the UK is required

Our client operates a hybrid work model with teams in the office approximately four days per week.
