Associate, Paid Social, Global Client Solutions

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential media agency seeking an Associate, Paid Social to join their specialist team in London. In this role, you will support the delivery of paid social campaigns across major platforms, working closely with senior account leads to execute multi-channel strategies for global clients.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the setup and ongoing management of paid social campaigns across key platforms including Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and others
• Implementing campaign builds based on briefs, including audience setup, creative trafficking, and campaign structuring
• Executing campaign updates such as bid changes, budget adjustments, and targeting refinements
• Monitoring campaign delivery and pacing, escalating issues as needed
• Conducting detailed quality assurance checks across campaign builds and live activity
• Ensuring accuracy and adherence to naming conventions, structures, and best practices
• Supporting the creation of performance reports by populating templates with accurate data and metrics
• Assisting in drafting initial commentary and identifying performance trends
• Collaborating with account managers and wider offshore teams to deliver campaigns on time
• Supporting budget tracking and administrative processes
• Maintaining process documentation and contributing to efficiency improvements

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking someone with strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in paid social marketing. The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in digital marketing or paid social (agency or in-house background preferred but not essential)
• Basic knowledge of key platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• An analytical mindset with eagerness to learn and develop
• Strong communication skills for internal collaboration
• The right to work in the UK

Desirable but not required:

• Additional language skills
• Experience with other digital channels such as social media
• Platform certifications (e.g., Meta Blueprint)

This is a hybrid role requiring approximately four days per week in the London office.
