About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital marketing agency seeking a Paid Search Manager to join their award-winning media team. This is a remote position with occasional office visits in Manchester or London (2 days per week). Our client operates at the intersection of technology and marketing, delivering data-driven campaigns for well-known brands across multiple sectors.

As a Paid Search Manager, you'll manage multi-market paid search and shopping campaigns, working directly with clients to optimize performance and drive measurable results. This role offers the opportunity to work on creative, impactful campaigns while leveraging automation and AI to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-market paid search and shopping campaigns across Google Ads and Bing Ads
• Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify optimization opportunities
• Leverage automation, data insights, and AI tools to improve campaign performance
• Monitor campaign metrics, analyze performance data, and deliver regular client reports with actionable recommendations
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure campaigns align with client objectives
• Stay current with industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and paid search best practices
• Carry out technical analysis, content and authority assessments
• Develop implementation plans and workflows for campaign execution
• Respond to client briefs and maintain direct client communication
• Report on campaign activity weekly, monthly, and quarterly

What We're Looking For

• Prior experience managing and optimizing paid search and shopping campaigns, preferably within a digital agency environment
• Strong working knowledge of Google Ads and Bing Ads platforms
• Proven track record of client communication and relationship management
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive optimization decisions
• Intermediate or advanced proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets, with familiarity in PowerPoint/Slides and Word/Docs
• Strong time management and organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Available to work from either Manchester or London office (hybrid, 2 days per week)
• Full working proficiency in English
