About This Opportunity

We are representing a leading healthcare organization in their search for a Senior Network Resource Group Professional. This fully remote position plays a critical role in advancing inclusion, belonging, and engagement across the enterprise by supporting the operations, governance, and strategic alignment of employee-led resource groups.

Working closely with inclusion leaders, executive sponsors, HR partners, and stakeholders, you will help translate strategy into action through governance, measurement, enablement, and project execution. This role positions network resource groups as strategic accelerators that strengthen associate experience, talent outcomes, leadership capability, and business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with resource group leaders, executive sponsors, and stakeholders to align activities with enterprise priorities, culture goals, and business needs
  • Support and strengthen governance, operating standards, resources, and accountability practices across resource groups
  • Maintain core tools and materials including playbooks, charters, onboarding resources, templates, and guidance documents
  • Coordinate cross-group initiatives, programs, events, and engagement activities aligned with enterprise and inclusion priorities
  • Identify opportunities for collaboration across groups and with business stakeholders while supporting planning and operational consistency
  • Track, analyze, and report on membership, participation, engagement, and impact while identifying actionable insights
  • Develop recurring reports and summarize insights for leaders and sponsors, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities
  • Partner with People Analytics and HR to strengthen measurement and reporting capabilities
  • Serve as a key operational contact for resource group leaders, providing guidance, coordination, and support
  • Manage communication channels and support updates, agendas, summaries, and briefing materials
  • Manage project plans, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination for complex workstreams
  • Identify and implement process improvements that strengthen governance, efficiency, and leader experience

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in inclusion and engagement, culture, associate experience, human resources, community engagement, project management, communications, organizational effectiveness, or related human capital discipline
  • 2+ years of experience supporting programs or initiatives focused on inclusion, belonging, engagement, culture, or talent outcomes
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and collaboration tools including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint
  • Strong project management and execution skills with ability to organize work, manage timelines, and coordinate stakeholders in a matrixed environment
  • Proven ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate effectively with leaders, associates, and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze information, identify themes, and translate data into clear recommendations and action steps
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills with ability to develop audience-appropriate materials
  • Sound judgment and discretion in handling sensitive or confidential information
  • Adaptability and resilience in managing ambiguity, competing priorities, and evolving business needs

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field
  • Prior involvement in employee resource groups or similar enterprise inclusion initiatives beyond general membership
  • Experience supporting enterprise governance, leader enablement, or cross-functional program execution
  • Experience with survey tools, listening platforms, HR systems, people analytics, Power BI, Power Automate, or related reporting tools
  • Experience working in a centralized, matrixed, or enterprise operating model

Work Requirements:

  • This is a fully remote position within the United States
  • Travel up to 10% may be required
  • Dedicated workspace with minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
  • 40 hours per week

Pay

This position offers competitive compensation with a base salary range of $86,300 - $118,700 per year, plus eligibility for bonus incentives based on company and individual performance. The client also provides comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid time off, parental leave, and life insurance.
