Senior Product Manager, Growth

About This Opportunity

We are representing a well-funded fintech organization at the forefront of blockchain-enabled financial products. Our client operates a unified platform serving multiple investment product lines and is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive growth across their user-facing applications.

This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, user experience, and data-driven growth. You'll own the complete user journey—from first visit through ongoing engagement—for a suite of digital financial products. Working remotely across US time zones, you'll collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing teams to build world-class experiences for next-generation financial tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead user acquisition strategy including product-led growth loops, referral mechanisms, and optimized onboarding flows
• Design and continuously improve activation experiences from initial platform visit to first meaningful transaction
• Build retention features and engagement loops that deepen user relationships with the product suite
• Map and optimize end-to-end user journeys across web and eventually mobile applications
• Establish and drive A/B testing culture; define success metrics and own growth analytics infrastructure
• Coordinate growth initiatives across multiple product lines to ensure cohesive user experiences
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable product decisions

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 4–7+ years of product management experience with clear focus on consumer-facing or growth-oriented products
• Background in fintech, crypto, or financial products—particularly platforms involving trading, investments, or real-world assets
• Personal user of financial products with genuine interest in customer experience
• Proven track record improving acquisition, activation, and retention metrics at scale
• Strong product instincts and commitment to exceptional user experiences
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft clear PRDs and present to technical and executive stakeholders
• Data-driven approach with hands-on experience defining KPIs, running experiments, and acting on insights
• Based in United States and available during US business hours

Preferred experience:

• Familiarity with Web3 user onboarding challenges including wallet integration and KYC flows
• Experience with unified platforms serving multiple financial product lines
• Exposure to developer-facing or API products

Pay
