Implementation Consultant, Large Deployments

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential enterprise SaaS organization in their search for an Implementation Consultant focused on large-scale deployments. Our client serves thousands of enterprise customers and is experiencing significant growth. This remote role (Eastern/Central time zones preferred) sits at the critical juncture between sales and long-term customer success, ensuring new and existing enterprise clients achieve rapid time-to-value through structured, data-driven onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete deployment lifecycle for enterprise accounts, developing detailed project plans, defining critical milestones, and proactively identifying and mitigating risks
• Serve as the primary point of contact during implementation, leading regular status meetings with client stakeholders and coordinating internal resources across sales, marketing, and product teams
• Analyze implementation metrics and trends to identify bottlenecks, translating data into actionable insights for both internal teams and client leadership
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying inefficiencies in current deployment methodologies and creating standardized playbooks and scalable processes
• Develop deep product knowledge and understanding of customer personas, investment drivers, and how implementation success maps to the broader customer lifecycle
• Communicate deployment progress, manage expectations, and persuade senior stakeholders to maintain project momentum

What We're Looking For

• At least 4+ years of client-facing experience as an Implementation Consultant or Professional Services Consultant in a B2B SaaS environment
• Demonstrated experience with change management best practices and ensuring successful organizational transitions post-deployment
• Strong project management capabilities with hands-on experience using tools such as Linear, Jira, Asana, or Rocketlane, plus CRM proficiency (Salesforce)
• Advanced data analysis skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets, including pivot tables, complex formulas, and data validation
• Process-oriented mindset with a track record of identifying operational inefficiencies and developing scalable solutions
• Excellent communication and persuasion skills for engaging both senior client leadership and internal stakeholders
• Self-motivated with a strong commitment to seeing projects through to successful completion

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $100,000–$125,000 USD base compensation. Final offer amounts are determined by candidate experience and expertise. You may also be eligible for performance-based bonus, equity, and benefits through the client.
