Treasury Analyst

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential fintech organization that operates one of the largest direct-to-investor alternative asset platforms in the United States. We are seeking a Treasury Analyst to join their Finance function and support cash management, banking operations, and treasury processes across a complex multi-entity structure.

This is a remote role for candidates located in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain cash reports and cash forecasts for corporate entities, funds, and portfolio-level entities
• Analyze cash needs, communicate funding requirements, and recommend intercompany loan amounts and financing solutions
• Manage banking KYC processes and streamline account opening, closing, and administrative workflows for multiple bank accounts
• Review banking fees and client analysis statements; recommend service adjustments to optimize costs
• Prepare transactions for deal fundings, draws, servicing, intercompany reimbursements, and property-level fundings
• Administer corporate credit card programs and manage vendor template creation within banking systems
• Troubleshoot banking services and issues with banking partners on behalf of property managers and internal stakeholders
• Assist with implementation of new treasury systems and document treasury controls and standard operating procedures

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of relevant treasury and finance/accounting experience
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong work ethic
• Track record of improving processes and streamlining operations
• CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) designation is a plus
• Experience with a Treasury Management System (TMS) is a plus
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
