Senior Engagement Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential legal technology organization in their search for a Senior Engagement Manager based in London. Our client is transforming how legal professionals work through AI-powered solutions, serving over 1,000 customers across 50+ countries including top-tier law firms and financial institutions.

This is a strategic role owning the global relationship with one of the Big 4 firms. You will design and execute a multi-year transformation programme, leading adoption across member firms worldwide while serving as the day-to-day point of contact for UK and Ireland operations from our client's London office.

Responsibilities

• Set the global adoption strategy for a major Big 4 account and lead execution across regions, with Engagement Managers in other markets delivering local programmes against your strategic direction
• Serve as primary point of contact for the firm's UK and Ireland practice, travelling regularly (approximately 25% of time) to other member firms to build senior relationships and support on-the-ground delivery
• Design the client's adoption playbook: a tailored change-management approach including stakeholder mapping, target outcomes, and the roadmap for how the firm transforms its ways of working
• Execute multi-phase initiatives from initial rollout through enterprise-wide scaled adoption, adapting as client needs and platform capabilities evolve
• Act as strategic adviser who deeply understands legal and professional services workflows, surfacing high-impact opportunities and guiding teams toward maximum value
• Drive sustained value through structured operating cadence: success plans, enablement sessions, stakeholder check-ins, training programmes, and value reviews
• Orchestrate cross-functional engagement from GTM, Product, Engineering, and Support teams to accelerate client success while maintaining end-to-end account context globally
• Partner with commercial teams on key moments to ensure seamless transitions and identify expansion opportunities across the account
• Translate customer feedback into action by collaborating with Product and Engineering to inform roadmap and positioning

What We're Looking For

• 5–8 years' experience in management consulting, legal, legal technology, or customer success in an AI-native B2B vertical
• Extensive experience working with or inside a Big 4 firm highly desirable—understanding how these organizations are structured, how decisions are made, and how change lands across member firms
• Consulting or transformation background with demonstrated track record designing and delivering change-management programmes inside large, complex organizations
• Experience building tailored transformation roadmaps and adoption plans, steering them to measurable outcomes
• Track record driving adoption, retention, and satisfaction with enterprise clients and senior stakeholders
• Experience leading through influence rather than direct authority, bringing colleagues in other regions along with your strategic direction
• Experience working with legal, compliance, or regulated industries, or ability to learn complex domains exceptionally fast
• Strong programme and project management skills keeping multi-workstream initiatives moving forward
• Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal—comfortable leading boardroom conversations with professional services leaders and working hands-on with teams
• High emotional intelligence: knowing when to listen, when to advise, and when to act
• Comfort in fast-paced environments where you help build the playbook, not just follow it
• Fluency with metrics, driven by data, customer health, and outcomes over process
• Willingness to travel internationally approximately 25% of the time
