Wir vertreten einen innovativen Kunden aus dem Mobilitäts-Tech-Sektor mit Sitz in München. Für das 10-köpfige Customer Support Team suchen wir eine erfahrene Persönlichkeit, die komplexe Kundenanfragen eigenverantwortlich bearbeitet, Junior-Kolleginnen und -Kollegen fachlich anleitet und sich perspektivisch in Richtung Teamleitung entwickeln möchte.
Verantwortlichkeiten
- Mentoring und fachliche Anleitung von Junior-Teammitgliedern sowie kontinuierliches Coaching und Förderung des Wissensaustauschs
- Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung anspruchsvoller, komplexer oder rechtlich/technisch sensiblen Anfragen im 2nd und 3rd Level Support
- Strategische Weiterentwicklung von Support-Workflows, Etablierung von Best Practices und Optimierung des Ticket-Systems
- Auswertung von Support-Daten zur Identifikation von Fehlerquellen und enge Zusammenarbeit mit Product, Tech, Legal und Sales
- Aktive Mitgestaltung von Teamstrukturen und Support-Prozessen mit dem Ziel, sukzessive mehr Führungsverantwortung zu übernehmen
- Souveräne Handhabung von Fragestellungen rund um Datenschutz und Vertragsbedingungen
Was wir suchen
- Mindestens 4 bis 5 Jahre fundierte Erfahrung im Customer Support, Kundenservice oder Customer Relationship Management, idealerweise in einem SaaS-, Tech- oder Start-up-Umfeld
- Nachweisbare Erfahrung in der fachlichen Anleitung oder Einarbeitung von Teammitgliedern sowie klarer Wunsch, den nächsten Schritt Richtung Teamleitung zu gehen
- Exzellente Kenntnisse im Umgang mit CRM- und Ticket-Systemen wie Zendesk, HubSpot oder Freshdesk
- Ausgeprägtes Verständnis für datengetriebene Support-Prozesse und analytische Stärke
- Hands-on-Mentalität, hohes Durchsetzungsvermögen und professionelles Auftreten auch in eskalierten Situationen
- Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau (C2) sowie verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Arbeitsmodell: 40 Stunden pro Woche, Montag bis Freitag (keine Schichtarbeit), 3 Tage im Office München / 2 Tage remote, unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag
