Praktikant Controlling (w/m/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential real estate organization in Frankfurt am Main seeking a Controlling Intern to join their finance team. In this role, you will:

• Support the preparation of business plans, forecasts, and liquidity planning
• Assist in creating regular reports and conducting variance analyses
• Support the analysis of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Participate in the creation of ad-hoc analyses
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of controlling and reporting structures, and support the application of existing tools

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field, ideally with a focus on Finance, Controlling, or Real Estate Management
• Structured, meticulous, and independent working style
• Proficient use of MS Office, particularly strong Excel skills
• Analytical thinking and affinity for numbers
• High reliability, commitment, and team orientation
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with other departments
• German language proficiency required for this position in Frankfurt am Main
