We are representing a confidential construction organization seeking a Senior Construction Site Manager (Senior Bauleiter) for their operations in München, Stuttgart, or Karlsruhe. Our client is an established company specializing in complex commercial building projects, known for professional execution and modern organizational structures. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced construction professional to take on significant responsibility in high-profile building projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage demanding commercial construction projects with full accountability
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, site teams, and project stakeholders
• Ensure construction execution meets schedule, budget, and quality requirements
• Control construction workflows and proactively identify and resolve technical challenges
• Coordinate with clients, planners, project managers, and internal and external partners

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, or comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in construction site management for commercial buildings
• Strong knowledge of construction execution and contract law, ideally including VOB (German construction contract procedures)
• Demonstrated sense of responsibility, assertiveness, and organizational talent
• Independent, structured working style with confident and communicative presence
• German language proficiency required for this role
