We are representing a well-established construction company in Stuttgart seeking a Senior Construction Site Manager (m/f/d) for structural work. Our client specializes in demanding high-rise construction projects and is known for quality execution and professional project delivery. Responsibilities

• Independently lead and manage demanding structural construction projects from start to completion
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and on-site construction teams
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards
• Monitor construction progress and coordinate various trades and interfaces
• Maintain close communication with project management, clients, specialist planners, and other stakeholders
• Oversee compliance with technical regulations and contractual requirements

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in civil engineering, advanced training as a technician/master craftsman, or equivalent qualification
• Several years of professional experience in construction site management, specifically in structural work or high-rise construction
• Solid knowledge of construction processes and relevant technical and contractual regulations
• Strong sense of responsibility, assertiveness, and organizational skills
• Independent, structured working style with confident and communicative presence
• German language proficiency required for this role
