Senior Analyst, Care Operations

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential health and wellness technology company in their search for a Senior Analyst, Care Operations. This is a high-impact role where you'll use data to shape how care is delivered, working at the intersection of operations, analytics, and patient experience. You'll partner with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, solve complex problems, and drive measurable improvements across a rapidly growing care delivery platform.

Reporting to the Director of Business Operations, you'll develop deep insights into day-to-day performance, monitor key metrics, and translate ambiguous business challenges into actionable strategies that improve outcomes for both patients and care teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex analyses across care operations to identify trends, diagnose root causes, and develop actionable strategies and recommendations
• Monitor business performance and key performance indicators to proactively identify risks and opportunities, advocating for improvements to patient and care team experiences
• Own analytical and operational workstreams independently, prioritizing issues and driving measurable improvements across growth, efficiency, quality, and care delivery
• Partner with Product, Medical Affairs, Growth, Customer Support, and Clinical Operations teams to influence priorities and translate operational insights into product and process improvements
• Measure the impact of launches, experiments, and operational changes; identify iteration opportunities and drive follow-through until performance stabilizes
• Present complex findings, tradeoffs, and recommendations to senior stakeholders, adapting communication for both technical and non-technical audiences

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of experience in operations and/or analytics, preferably at a high-growth direct-to-consumer company or consumer marketplace
• Proven track record in analytical and operations roles within rapidly growing companies, balancing quantitative and qualitative inputs to drive decision-making
• Strong business acumen and communication skills, with ability to translate complex data into clear narratives and actionable insights
• Advanced proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as Excel, Looker, and Tableau
• Experience leveraging AI tools such as Claude to accelerate analysis and synthesize data
• Demonstrated leadership abilities and collaborative mindset, with passion for mentoring team members
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-growth, and rapidly changing environments
