Werkstudent (m/w/d) im Bereich Marketing Operations

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential software organization in München that is looking for a motivated working student (Werkstudent) to support their Marketing Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM systems, and data management while balancing your studies.

You'll work approximately 15 hours per week with flexible scheduling that accommodates your university commitments. The role offers a hybrid setup with several remote days possible per week, plus time in their centrally-located München office near Ostbahnhof.

Responsibilities

• Support the creation and configuration of automated marketing workflows and email campaigns within the marketing automation platform
• Maintain and enrich the CRM system with clean, high-quality data to ensure accuracy across all records
• Manage lead uploads and ensure new contacts are correctly integrated into existing systems
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve reporting capabilities and data insights
• Assist the content marketing team with development and execution of various topics and formats

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a degree program such as Business Administration, Business Informatics, Communications, or a comparable field, ideally in an advanced semester
• Ideally some initial experience with Microsoft Dynamics or another CRM tool through an internship or project work
• Interest in data topics and eagerness to learn new tools and processes
• Structured, careful working style with enthusiasm for taking initiative
• German and English language skills at C1 level, both written and spoken
• Availability for approximately 15 hours per week
