We are representing a confidential construction organization in Stuttgart seeking an experienced Senior Construction Site Manager (m/w/d) specializing in structural work. Our client is an established firm known for delivering complex commercial building projects with a strong focus on quality and professional execution. This role offers significant responsibility for managing demanding projects from foundation through structural completion.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complex structural construction projects independently from start to finish
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and on-site construction teams
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards
• Monitor construction progress and coordinate between trades and interfaces
• Maintain close collaboration with project management, clients, specialist planners, and other stakeholders
• Oversee compliance with technical specifications and contractual requirements

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in civil engineering, or advanced qualification as a construction technician/master craftsman, or comparable credentials
• Several years of professional experience in construction site management for structural/shell construction or commercial building projects
• Strong knowledge of construction processes and relevant technical and contractual regulations
• High sense of responsibility, assertiveness, and organizational talent
• Independent, structured working style with confident and communicative presence
• Fluency in German required for this position
