Head of Product Marketing (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential Enterprise Performance Management software organization seeking a strategic product marketing leader to drive positioning and go-to-market excellence. This role offers the opportunity to shape how enterprise and mid-market customers understand a leading platform in the planning, budgeting, and forecasting space.

Based in Germany, this position sits at the intersection of product strategy, sales enablement, and market influence—working directly with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to translate complex technology into compelling customer value.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional product launches by developing and executing multi-channel launch plans that ensure internal readiness and strong market activation
• Shape product and company positioning based on market research, competitive analysis, and industry perspectives
• Build and optimize content throughout the customer buying journey to improve sales-stage conversion rates
• Partner with R&D, product management, and sales engineering to translate technical capabilities into clear customer value propositions
• Create high-quality sales collateral that enables the global sales organization to communicate value consistently
• Coordinate and present product webinars with internal and external subject-matter experts
• Drive analyst and influencer engagement by identifying priority research opportunities and building strategic relationships with firms such as Gartner and BARC
• Work directly with C-level executives to educate and engage industry analysts and key market influencers
• Execute with excellence across multiple initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

What We're Looking For

• 5-7 years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS environments serving mid-market and enterprise customers
• Strong knowledge of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM), finance organizations, and Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) processes
• Proven track record of owning and successfully delivering at least three product or service launches
• Hands-on experience in technology product marketing, analyst relations, or public relations with the ability to translate complex technology into customer value
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences; fluency in English required
• Self-starter mindset with strong ownership abilities, capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and willingness to embrace AI as a productivity catalyst
