Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential consulting firm specializing in marketing technology transformation. Our talent team is seeking a Senior Manager MarTech with strong commercial orientation to join their Paris operations (hybrid model).
In this role, you will:
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for MarTech service offerings
- Drive cross-functional collaboration across technology, data, and customer experience practices
- Lead high-impact MarTech projects and programs from strategy through deployment
- Play a key role in pre-sales activities: qualify client challenges, build value propositions, define technical architectures, develop cost estimates, and present to stakeholders
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with C-level decision-makers
- Contribute to account development and retention through upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Construct MarTech roadmaps with clear prioritization, business cases, and ROI projections
- Manage and develop consultant teams with focus on performance and knowledge transfer
What We're Looking For
Our client requires candidates with:
- 10-15 years of experience in consulting or agency environments
- Strong MarTech expertise, particularly with platforms such as: Adobe Campaign, Adobe Experience Platform, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Data Cloud, or comparable marketing automation and customer data platforms
- Additional experience with loyalty solutions or engagement platforms is valued
- Dual technical and business acumen, comfortable navigating CRM, CDP, data, and integration ecosystems
- Strong appetite for commercial activities, pre-sales engagement, and C-level dialogue
- Established network within enterprise accounts
- Fluent English required
- Based in or willing to relocate to Paris for hybrid working arrangement
