Consultant Développeur Marketing Technology (CRM & Data) – 3 à 5 ans d’expérience

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential marketing technology consulting firm seeking a Marketing Technology Developer Consultant to join their team in Paris. In this role, you will be at the heart of integration and migration projects for major brands across retail, banking, insurance, and luxury sectors.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Developing and maintaining data flows between marketing platforms (such as Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CDPs including Imagino, CRM systems, and internal tools) and third-party systems via APIs and connectors
• Contributing to the technical implementation of MarTech platforms through configuration, scripting, and integrations
• Analyzing, modeling, and optimizing data pipelines to ensure reliability and performance of marketing solutions
• Collaborating with project teams to ensure successful deployments
• Progressively growing into a technical reference role on complex MarTech projects

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks candidates with the following qualifications:

• Engineering degree or equivalent Master's level qualification in Computer Science
• 3 to 5 years of professional experience with significant background in development or integration of data/CRM/MarTech solutions; consulting experience is a strong plus
• Proficiency in one or more technical competencies including:
  • Programming languages: HTML, SQL, JavaScript, Java, Python, or equivalent
  • API development and Web Services (REST, SOAP)
  • Relational databases and data flow manipulation
• As a developer, you possess solid foundations in project management and strong background in data-related topics (quality, flows, etc.)
• Curiosity about CRM and Marketing Automation environments (Adobe Campaign, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, CDPs, particularly Imagino)
• Team-oriented mindset with a passion for solving varied technical challenges
• Strong communication skills, able to bridge conversations between business stakeholders and IT teams while understanding business requirements
• Fluent English required (for international clients and daily work in English)
