Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil engineering construction projects independently from initiation through completion

• Organize and monitor daily site operations and workflows
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, planners, and internal interfaces throughout project delivery
• Maintain cost control and quality assurance across all project phases

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in civil engineering or comparable technical qualification
• Several years of professional experience in construction site management, ideally within civil engineering
• Strong knowledge of construction project execution and site organization
• Entrepreneurial mindset with pronounced cost and quality awareness
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate complex workflows
• German language proficiency required for this München-based role
