About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare software organization in their search for an experienced Sales Manager to drive new business development across the German hospital sector. This is a strategic role focused on positioning clinical information systems with C-level decision-makers at acute care, mixed, and rehabilitation hospitals throughout Deutschland.

Our client operates at multiple locations including München, Berlin, Hannover, Leipzig, with flexible home office options. You'll join an established sales team supported by a structured onboarding program and collaborative colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Lead new client acquisition efforts targeting hospitals and healthcare facilities across Germany, including university hospitals and maximum care providers
• Strategically position software solutions (clinical information systems, operating room management, emergency department systems, patient data management, and managed services) with executive stakeholders
• Present system capabilities with emphasis on client value, process optimization, and efficiency improvements
• Prepare, develop, and negotiate proposals in coordination with technical and specialty teams
• Manage public sector tender processes in collaboration with bid management
• Build and maintain your network with hospitals, partners, and industry associations through conferences, professional events, and sector gatherings

What We're Looking For

• Multiple years of software sales experience in healthcare IT, ideally with clinical software or comparable applications
• Deep understanding of hospital processes and decision-making structures within clinical environments
• Existing relationships with university hospitals and maximum care providers, plus an active network within industry associations
• Proven track record with public healthcare procurement and tender procedures
• Confident, credible presence combined with strong client orientation and deal-closing ability
• Fluency in German is essential for this role
