Strategic Partnerships Manager, France

About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential AI technology organization in their search for a Strategic Partnerships Manager based in Paris, France. This role carries primary accountability for the French market while contributing to broader EMEA and international partnership initiatives. You will drive end-to-end partnership development with some of the most significant strategic accounts in the region, working across enterprise, developer, and consumer channels.

The position requires 3 days per week in the Paris office and offers the opportunity to shape partnership strategy across major technology platforms, regional market leaders, enterprise software vendors, telecommunications providers, cloud platforms, and government-aligned organizations.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute partnership strategy for France, managing the full lifecycle of strategic partnership development and delivery while supporting broader EMEA priorities
• Negotiate and close complex local and cross-border agreements spanning commercial terms, product scope, data and privacy considerations, brand and marketing alignment, incentives, and expansion pathways
• Lead senior-level partner relationships, building trust and aligning on joint value propositions while managing operational complexity
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Go-To-Market, Legal, Policy, and regional teams to align roadmaps, navigate constraints, and execute partnership initiatives
• Apply deep market knowledge of France and informed perspectives on regional differences across EMEA to inform prioritization, positioning, and partner selection
• Define success metrics and leverage analytical judgment to assess progress, identify risks, and communicate outcomes to internal stakeholders
• Adapt flexibly to support opportunities beyond France or in new verticals as team priorities evolve

What We're Looking For

• 10+ years of experience in strategic partnerships, product partnerships, business development, or general management within the technology sector
• Fluency in both English and French
• Proven track record leading high-impact local and international partnerships with major technology partners, including complex cross-border initiatives
• Deep understanding of the French market combined with experience operating across multiple countries and international markets
• Product-focused mindset with the ability to engage technical stakeholders credibly and influence product direction and roadmap trade-offs
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and executive presence
• Strong analytical capabilities and comfort using data to inform decisions and communicate impact
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, highly ambiguous environments while operating both independently and collaboratively
• Demonstrated adaptability across changing markets, verticals, and partnership types
