About This Opportunity
Our talent team is representing a confidential cleantech client in Berlin who is launching a twelve-month, multi-track GTM Academy for ambitious graduates. This is a structured pathway into go-to-market roles where you'll start as an SDR or Product Specialist and rotate through the entire revenue motion—sales, solutions, marketing, revenue operations, and product. You'll leave knowing exactly how modern B2B growth gets built.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Berlin. The program starts 1st September with a small cohort of 3–4 participants.
Responsibilities
- Begin as an SDR or Product Specialist, learning outbound motion, qualification, and customer engagement
- Rotate through a mid-stage role (sales development, customer success, or operations)
- Specialize in an advanced track: Account Executive, Account Manager, Revenue Operations, Marketing, or Product Management
- Run the numbers, execute fast, and contribute to live customer workflows—not busywork
- Collaborate in-person with a full-stack GTM team five days a week
- Graduate into a permanent role with real ownership at the end of the twelve-month program
What We're Looking For
- Recent graduate from a top university with a strong entrepreneurial focus
- C2-level German proficiency (required)
- Prior experience in a startup environment (internship, working student, or extracurricular projects)
- Hands-on mentality and curiosity about how technology, operations, and business strategy intersect in high-growth companies
- Structured thinker comfortable getting into the details and moving quickly
- Sales experience is a plus, but not required—we hire for drive, communication, and curiosity
