We are representing a confidential SaaS client in the beauty technology sector. They are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Manager to join their growing field sales team in the Köln/Düsseldorf region. This role offers significant autonomy, uncapped commission potential, and the opportunity to help salon owners transform their business operations through innovative software solutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own schedule and territory independently—plan your day according to your priorities and client needs
• Demonstrate software solutions to salon owners, showing how technology can streamline their daily operations
• Acquire new clients through phone outreach, scheduled appointments, and spontaneous salon visits
• Build and maintain relationships with beauty industry professionals in your region
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies and celebrate successes together
• Meet and exceed sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction

What We're Looking For

• Sales talent with genuine people skills—you can connect with salon owners and understand their business challenges
• Comfort with technology and digital tools; ability to explain software benefits clearly to non-technical users
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within your territory regularly
• Excellent German communication skills (written and verbal); English proficiency required; additional languages are a strong advantage
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
• Flexibility and adaptability to meet clients when and where they need you
