About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential food delivery organization based in Berlin that is transforming how people access healthy meals. Our client has built strong customer loyalty and is now seeking a talented CRM professional to join their marketing team and drive customer engagement strategies.
As CRM Manager, you will own the customer lifecycle strategy and serve as the bridge between the company and its community. This is a high-impact role where you'll design personalized customer journeys, build automation systems, and develop initiatives that increase retention and lifetime value.
Your Responsibilities
- Continuously develop and optimize CRM and lifecycle marketing strategies
- Build and scale customer journey automations across multiple touchpoints
- Own the CRM roadmap and drive personalization and segmentation initiatives
- Develop new programs to increase customer retention, lifetime value, and loyalty
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Business Intelligence, and Engineering to enhance customer experience
- Establish a data-driven testing and experimentation culture within CRM operations
