Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential SaaS organization that is seeking a Sales Manager for field sales in the Stuttgart area. In this role, you will:
- Plan your weekly schedule flexibly and strategically to maximize sales success
- Conduct compelling product demonstrations that showcase how the software simplifies daily operations for clients
- Acquire new customers through cold calling, on-site visits, and walk-in opportunities
- Collaborate with the team to develop sales strategies and drive collective success
- Manage your territory independently with full autonomy over time management
What We're Looking For
- Passion for sales and enthusiasm for client interaction; prior cold calling experience is a plus, though comprehensive training will be provided
- Technical aptitude with a good understanding of software solutions; experience with CRM systems is ideal
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for field appointments
- Near-native German language skills and good English for communication with clients and colleagues
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships
