Responsibilities

• Foster employee engagement by organizing team events and contributing to cultural projects and initiatives
• Support employer branding efforts by managing social media channels and creating inspiring content
• Plan and organize recruitment events to attract top talent for the organization
• Assist with recruiting and onboarding processes
• Contribute ideas to redesign HR processes and develop structures around people and engagement
• Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
• Ideally, initial experience in People/HR, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Ideally, initial experience with content creation and social media management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational abilities with enthusiasm for multitasking
• Creative mindset with an eye for detail
• Fluent in German and English; additional languages are an advantage
