Sales Manager (m/w/d) – Köln

Responsibilities

We are representing a fast-growing SaaS company in the beauty and wellness sector, and we're seeking a Sales Manager for their Köln location. In this role, you will:

• Plan your week flexibly and strategically to maximize sales success
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations that showcase how the software simplifies daily operations for clients
• Acquire new customers through various channels including telephone outreach, on-site visits, and walk-in opportunities
• Collaborate with the team to develop sales strategies and approaches that drive collective success
• Manage your territory independently while maintaining strong communication with regional management

What We're Looking For

• Passion for sales and genuine enthusiasm for customer interaction
• Experience or strong aptitude for cold calling (comprehensive training will be provided)
• Technical understanding and ideally some experience with CRM systems
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for client meetings
• Near-native German language proficiency and good English communication skills
• Self-motivated approach with excellent time management abilities
