About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential SaaS client in the beauty and wellness technology sector. They are seeking a Sales Manager for field sales to cover the Rhein-Main area, based in Frankfurt, Germany. This role offers the autonomy to manage your own territory while being part of a fast-growing, international team transforming how service businesses operate.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute your weekly sales activities autonomously to maximize results across your territory
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations that showcase how the software transforms daily operations for salon and beauty business owners
• Acquire new customers through field visits, cold calling, walk-ins, and strategic outreach
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and refine strategies that drive collective success
• Manage your pipeline and customer relationships through CRM systems
• Represent the brand professionally throughout the Rhein-Main region

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of professional experience in field sales and new customer acquisition
• Genuine passion for sales and working directly with people
• Strong ability to work autonomously and strategically plan activities to meet clear goals
• Technical aptitude with solid experience using CRM systems
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly within your territory
• Near-native German language skills and good English for internal communication
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
