RevOps & GTM Engineer (AI x Greentech) (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a rapidly scaling greentech company in Berlin that is transforming how renewable energy solutions reach the market. Our client operates at the intersection of AI and sustainability, serving thousands of B2B customers across Europe. We're seeking a RevOps & GTM Engineer to architect their data ecosystem and deploy AI-driven solutions that accelerate growth.

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Berlin. C2 English proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain robust data pipelines connecting customer data, CRM systems, and communications platforms
• Build internal applications from the ground up to make revenue and customer data accessible across the organization
• Implement AI-driven workflows, predictive models, and automation for lead scoring, insights generation, and trend forecasting
• Work hands-on in Python (or TypeScript) to integrate diverse data sources and create scalable solutions
• Reshape customer-oriented workflows using AI-driven innovation, personally driving implementation from concept to reality
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to transform complex datasets into actionable BI dashboards
• Proactively identify bottlenecks in data flow and resolve them without waiting for direction
• Own the data product experience by working with stakeholders to refine analytical fit and onboard teams into data-driven workflows

What We're Looking For

• Expert-level proficiency with n8n and Python; TypeScript experience is a bonus
• Deep understanding of modern BI tools and SQL
• Passion for leveraging AI to optimize revenue processes, with hands-on implementation skills
• Proven ability to build data warehouses and integrate SaaS tools (CRM and telephony platforms)
• Background in BI or Data Engineering preferred
• Proactive, structured approach to problem-solving - you identify opportunities and take ownership
• Hungry, driven mindset with a constant focus on innovation and efficiency
• Fluent English (C2 level required); German, Italian, French, or Portuguese is a plus
