Talent Acquisition Specialist – GTM Focus (AI x Greentech) (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential climate tech client in Berlin who is building the commercial engine behind one of Europe's fastest-growing renewable energy platforms. This isn't traditional vacancy-filling—you'll be building the go-to-market team that directly drives revenue and European expansion.

We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist who specializes in commercial hiring. You'll own full-cycle recruiting for sales development, account executives, sales leadership, and other revenue-generating roles. Your hires will have immediate impact on growth trajectory.

This is a full-time, on-site position in Berlin.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruiting for Sales, Business Development, and GTM functions—from proactive sourcing through onboarding
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for SDRs, Account Executives, Sales Managers, and commercial roles before positions open
• Partner directly with founders and sales leaders on high-impact hiring decisions and interview strategies
• Drive active sourcing and outbound recruiting to identify exceptional commercial talent
• Deliver outstanding candidate experiences with fast, transparent communication throughout the process
• Occasionally support recruiting for Marketing and other business functions as the organization scales
• Continuously refine sourcing strategies, assessment methods, and recruiting processes

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience recruiting commercial talent in startup or scale-up environments
• Deep understanding of what makes exceptional SDRs, Account Executives, and sales leaders successful
• Strong active sourcing skills and comfort with outbound recruiting tactics
• Preference for ownership and agility over rigid, process-heavy approaches
• Ability to move quickly while maintaining high hiring quality standards
• Passion for building teams that directly influence company revenue
• Nice to have: Personal experience working in fast-paced sales environments or sales roles
