About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential healthcare IT organization seeking a working student (Werkstudent) to support their digital medication management platform. This is an excellent opportunity for pharmacy or medical students to gain hands-on experience at the intersection of healthcare and technology while contributing directly to patient safety initiatives.
Our client develops clinical decision support software used by hospitals across German-speaking markets. You'll work alongside product management to shape digital solutions that help physicians, nurses, and pharmacists optimize medication processes.
Location: Berlin or remote within Germany
Employment Type: Working student position (Werkstudent)
Responsibilities
- Support product management in advancing digital medication management solutions
- Research medical and pharmaceutical topics and prepare findings for product concepts and technical decisions
- Analyze requirements from hospital clients and assist with evaluating new functionality
- Contribute to creating technical specifications, presentations, and product documentation
- Monitor trends and regulatory developments in digital health, medication management, pharmacy processes, and medication therapy safety (AMTS)
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in Pharmacy, Human Medicine, Medical Informatics, Health Informatics, Digital Health, or comparable health-focused program with digitalization emphasis
- Alternatively: completed training as a nurse, paramedic, surgical technician (OTA), or pharmaceutical-technical assistant (PTA) and currently studying in a health-related field
- Strong interest in medication therapy safety, medication processes, and healthcare digitalization
- Analytical mindset with enthusiasm for conceptual work
- Excellent German language skills required
