Gartner is hiring a Sales Manager, LE/GE, GTS at two locations on a full-time basis. Lead enterprise sales strategy and build lasting client relationships in this hands-on leadership role.

The Opportunity

Join Gartner's sales organization as a Sales Manager focused on Large Enterprise and Global Enterprise accounts within the GTS division. This is an on-site, full-time position across two locations where you'll blend strategic vision with day-to-day sales execution. You'll be responsible for expanding Gartner's presence among enterprise clients while developing and motivating a high-performing team.

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and develop a sales team to achieve revenue targets and growth objectives
  • Identify, pursue, and close enterprise-level client opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key enterprise stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Develop and execute account strategies aligned with company goals
  • Monitor pipeline health, forecast accurately, and drive consistent pipeline development
  • Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure client success and satisfaction
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform sales strategy

Requirements

  • Proven experience in enterprise software or services sales, ideally in a managerial capacity
  • Strong track record of leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to understand complex client needs and position solutions effectively
  • Experience working in a B2B environment with long sales cycles
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Willingness to work on-site at one of two designated locations
