Permanent – Senior Test Analyst

Position Summary

As a Senior Test Analyst at FIL, you'll drive end-to-end quality assurance across the product lifecycle. You'll take ownership of testing strategy, collaborate with development and product teams to identify critical issues early, and guide junior QA professionals. Your expertise will directly impact product reliability and user satisfaction, making you an essential part of our quality-focused culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, plan, and execute comprehensive manual and automated test strategies for complex software systems
• Build and maintain test automation frameworks and scripts to increase testing efficiency and coverage
• Lead root cause analysis for defects and drive resolution with development teams
• Mentor junior QA team members and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies
• Create detailed test cases, test reports, and technical documentation with precision and clarity
• Review product requirements and specifications to identify potential quality risks and gaps

What You Bring

• 5+ years of progressive experience in software quality assurance and testing
• Strong proficiency in both manual testing and test automation frameworks
• Expertise with test management tools and defect tracking systems
• Excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
• Experience leading QA efforts or mentoring testing teams
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences
• Working knowledge of agile development, software development lifecycle, and quality best practices
