Role Overview

As a UNIQLO Retail Sales Associate in San Francisco, you'll be at the heart of our store's daily operations. This is a hands-on role where you'll engage directly with customers, manage sales transactions, maintain our retail environment, and help bring the UNIQLO brand experience to life on Market Street. You'll work alongside a dedicated team committed to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide personalized customer service and product recommendations to shoppers visiting our San Francisco location
• Process sales transactions accurately and securely using our point-of-sale systems
• Stock shelves, organize merchandise displays, and maintain visual standards across the sales floor
• Develop product knowledge to confidently answer customer questions about fit, quality, care, and styling
• Support inventory management, including receiving and processing shipments
• Collaborate with team members to achieve store performance goals and deliver a consistent brand experience
• Maintain a clean, welcoming, and properly organized retail environment
