The Opportunity

We're seeking a Talent Acquisition Consultant to join our recruiting team on a temporary basis. This remote role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere across the country while engaging directly in candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and relationship building. You'll have the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to Empower's growth through strategic talent acquisition initiatives that drive hiring success.

Your Responsibilities

• Source and screen candidates using job boards, professional networks, and recruiting databases
• Manage the candidate pipeline and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers
• Conduct initial phone and video interviews to assess candidate fit and qualifications
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Create and post job descriptions to attract qualified talent
• Track recruiting metrics and provide updates on hiring progress
• Partner with hiring teams to refine job requirements and recruitment strategies

What You Bring

• Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruiting, or human resources
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with candidates and stakeholders
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting platforms
• Ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously with attention to detail
• Experience in candidate sourcing and pipeline development
• A data-driven mindset with comfort analyzing recruiting metrics
• Self-motivation and ability to work independently in a remote environment
