Position Summary

Edwards seeks a Senior Manager, Product Cath Lab IHFM to lead product strategy and execution for our catheterization lab portfolio in the interventional heart failure space. In this role based in Irvine, you'll bridge clinical innovation and commercial success, guiding cross-functional teams to deliver solutions that advance patient outcomes. Your Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive product strategy for cath lab interventional heart failure management solutions
• Lead cross-functional teams including clinical, engineering, marketing, and regulatory functions
• Define product requirements, clinical value propositions, and market positioning
• Collaborate with key opinion leaders, clinicians, and healthcare providers to understand clinical needs and inform product development
• Oversee product development lifecycle from concept through commercialization
• Ensure regulatory compliance and drive regulatory strategy for the Cath Lab IHFM portfolio
• Drive adoption and market expansion for assigned product lines
• Present to senior leadership on product performance, market insights, and strategic initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, life sciences, business, or related field; advanced degree preferred
• 7+ years of product management, product development, or clinical affairs experience in the medical device industry
• Demonstrated experience leading products in interventional cardiology, cardiac surgery, or heart failure management
• Strong understanding of catheterization lab environments and clinical workflows
• Excellent cross-functional leadership and communication skills
• Knowledge of medical device regulatory requirements (FDA, international standards)
• Ability to work collaboratively with clinical and commercial stakeholders
• Strategic thinking with ability to balance short-term execution and long-term vision
