Associate Director Consulting

Gartner is seeking an Associate Director Consulting to join our team at one of our 3 office locations. This is a full-time, in-person position where you'll lead high-impact consulting engagements and drive strategic advisory services for enterprise clients.

What This Role Involves

As an Associate Director Consulting at Gartner, you will lead the delivery of consulting services, managing complex client engagements from initial strategy through implementation. You'll work directly with C-suite executives and enterprise decision-makers, translating research insights into actionable business recommendations and driving measurable outcomes for our most important clients.

Core Duties

• Direct and oversee end-to-end consulting engagements, ensuring quality delivery and client satisfaction
• Lead consulting teams and mentor junior consultants through complex projects
• Develop and present strategic recommendations based on Gartner research and industry expertise
• Build and strengthen relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Identify opportunities to expand Gartner's consulting footprint within client organizations
• Contribute to thought leadership through presentations, writing, and speaking engagements

What You Bring

• 5+ years of professional consulting or advisory experience in a senior role
• Proven track record leading complex consulting engagements and managing enterprise client relationships
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence senior executives
• Deep subject matter expertise in business strategy, operations, technology, or related domains
• Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and motivate teams
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, economics, or related field
