Sales Director

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential hospitality technology organization seeking a Sales Director to drive growth in the mid-market hotel sector. This is a hunter role focused on new client acquisition in a remote capacity.

In this position, you will:

• Build and execute sales strategies targeting independent hotels and hotel groups to drive revenue expansion
• Deliver on sales forecasts to meet ambitious growth targets
• Conduct exceptional virtual client presentations that articulate value propositions clearly
• Represent our client at major industry events as a brand ambassador, building connections with potential clients and influencers
• Provide valuable market feedback to sales leadership, product, and marketing teams
• Cultivate strong post-sale relationships that generate referrals and client satisfaction

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate brings:

• 5+ years of experience as a top-performing sales professional using a highly consultative approach
• Deep understanding of the mid-market hotel ecosystem with proven success selling to independent hotels and groups
• Expertise in hospitality technology with strong knowledge of property management systems
• Track record of driving ARR growth in the hospitality sector
• Strong business acumen, exceptional negotiation skills, and consultative sales methodology
• Proven success building pipelines independently without BDR/SDR support
• Expertise in Salesforce CRM and long-term pipeline management
• Exceptional communication and listening skills
• German language fluency required
