Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential foodtech organization in München, Bayern, seeking a Working Student in People & Culture with a focus on recruiting. In this role, you will identify top talent and ensure an outstanding candidate experience from first contact through offer acceptance.
Your responsibilities include:
- Active sourcing of top talent via LinkedIn
- Taking ownership of assigned positions from interview coordination through offer stage
- Conducting and coordinating interviews independently
- Structured evaluation of candidates against clearly defined requirements
- Ensuring an excellent candidate experience and positive impression throughout the application process
- Providing timely, empathetic, and transparent feedback to all applicants
What We're Looking For
Must-have qualifications:
- Current enrollment at a university (e.g., Business Administration, Business Psychology, Personnel Management, Human Resource Management, or comparable program)
- Initial practical experience in recruiting or HR
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English
- Proactive, creative, and solution-oriented working style
- Independent and highly structured approach to work
Nice to have:
- Previous experience in active sourcing or conducting interviews
