This role sits within the ecosystem growth function, working closely with a research engineering team that translates platform needs into tools and user experiences. You'll be joining a distributed team that operates with high autonomy and ships production-grade features that directly impact developer adoption.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-lifecycle feature development from problem discovery through production deployment and post-launch iteration
• Integrate AI-assisted development tools into daily workflows to accelerate delivery velocity
• Deploy minimum viable products quickly to gather real-world user feedback and validate assumptions
• Partner directly with stakeholders and end users to understand pain points and translate them into functional software
• Make autonomous decisions in ambiguous situations, filling requirement gaps without waiting for complete specifications
• Work cross-functionally across the organization to remove blockers and maintain consistent shipping cadence
• Prioritize momentum and validated learning over premature optimization

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience developing and maintaining production-grade web applications
• Strong proficiency with TypeScript, React, or similar modern frontend frameworks
• Deep understanding of frontend architecture, component-driven development, and modern build pipelines
• Solid grasp of system design principles and ability to work within complex systems
• Product intuition for applying AI tools (such as Cursor, Copilot, or Claude) to solve genuine user problems
• Self-directed approach with strong judgment for balancing speed and quality
• Comfort with ambiguity and ability to scope work independently
• Track record of rapid iteration and shipping features based on live user data
