About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential SaaS security organization in their search for a Senior Partner Sales Manager based in London. This role focuses on managing and developing relationships with MSP/MSSP service providers, driving revenue through strategic partnerships, and enabling partner success across the UK, Ireland, and Nordics markets.
Responsibilities
- Enable service provider partners to drive platform utilization and customer adoption in collaboration with assigned distribution partners
- Provide ongoing cross-functional support to increase partner revenues and minimize customer churn
- Coordinate with marketing teams to drive pipeline generation through service providers, resulting in end-customer acquisition and expansion
- Drive adoption of partner programs within assigned territory and segment
- Act as liaison between service providers and the direct sales team to facilitate end-customer wins
- Lead cross-functional relationships with distribution partners to ensure effective enablement, co-marketing, pipeline generation, and revenue growth
- Deliver weekly forecasts of KPIs and activities that drive business success
- Execute enablement and pipeline generation initiatives
- Conduct quarterly business reviews with distribution partners and key service providers
What We're Looking For
Required qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in Account Executive or Channel Partner roles with documented success exceeding sales targets annually
- Strong understanding of the cybersecurity landscape, cloud-based solutions, and SaaS business models
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time across the UK, Ireland, and Nordics
Desirable skills:
- Creative thinking with ability to identify new opportunities and increase partnership value
- Challenger mentality to drive valuable disruptive change within partner organizations
- Strategic mindset focused on problem-solving and revenue generation through "sell with" and "sell through" models
