About the Role

As a Clinical Manager for the PCU, you lead our nursing team through night shift operations, ensuring quality patient care and maintaining a safe, efficient unit environment. You serve as the key decision-maker and advocate for your team, patients, and the hospital during your shift.

What You'll Do

• Direct clinical and administrative operations throughout your night shift
• Supervise nursing staff, including scheduling, performance management, and professional development
• Manage unit resources and budgets to maintain cost-effective operations
• Address and resolve concerns raised by patients, families, clinical staff, and physicians
• Ensure adherence to hospital policies, nursing standards, and regulatory compliance
• Communicate with hospital leadership on shift priorities and unit needs
• Champion quality and safety initiatives across the Progressive Care Unit

What We're Looking For

• Active RN licensure in California
• Nursing experience, preferably in progressive care or telemetry settings
• Proven leadership and management expertise
• Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
• Knowledge of acute care nursing practices and electronic health record systems
• Reliable availability for consistent night shift work
• Commitment to patient safety and quality care delivery
