Radiology Technologist

Tenet Healthcare is seeking a dedicated Radiology Technologist to join its team in a full‑time, day‑shift position based in the United States.

About the Role

As a Radiology Technologist you will perform diagnostic imaging examinations using state‑of‑the‑art equipment, ensuring each study meets clinical protocols and quality standards. You will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to support accurate diagnoses while providing compassionate patient care.

What You'll Do

• Operate radiographic and fluoroscopically capture images according to established protocols

  • Prepare patients for procedures, explain the process, and position them correctly to obtain optimal images.

  • Operate X‑ray, computed tomography, and other imaging devices in accordance with safety guidelines and physician orders.

  • Monitor patient comfort and safety throughout the exam, addressing any concerns and providing reassurance.

  • Assess image quality, make technical adjustments as needed, and ensure accurate labeling and storage of studies.

  • Adhere to radiation protection principles (ALARA) and maintain equipment through routine cleaning and basic troubleshooting.

  • Document patient information, procedure details, and any adverse events in the electronic health record.

  • Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff to prioritize urgent exams and facilitate timely reporting.

  • Participate in ongoing training and competency assessments to stay current with technological advances.

  What We're Looking For

  • Current state licensure or certification as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT‑R or equivalent).
  • Graduation from an accredited radiologic technology program.
  • Proficiency with radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment; experience with CT or MRI is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering patient‑centered care.
  • Ability to follow detailed protocols, maintain accurate records, and work effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
  • Reliability, attention to detail, and a willingness to work the scheduled day shift.
  • Eligibility for the sign‑on incentive of up to $20,000, distributed over 24 months for qualified candidates.
