About the Role
As a full-time St. Louis Local Hazmat Driver with Texas TransEastern, you will run dedicated local routes throughout the St. Louis, MO area, transporting fuel and petroleum products to neighborhood convenience stores. This is a home-every-day position built for professional tanker drivers who value consistency, safety, and a steady local schedule rather than long-haul time on the road.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver fuel and petroleum products safely and on time to local convenience store accounts across the St. Louis, Missouri region.
- Operate tanker equipment in full compliance with hazmat handling and DOT safety standards.
- Follow assigned local routes on a 5/2 and 5/3 work schedule, returning home daily.
- Complete required inspections, documentation, and loading/unloading procedures accurately.
- Maintain a strong safety record and represent Texas TransEastern professionally at every stop.
Qualifications
- Valid commercial driver's license with current HazMat endorsement.
- Active Tanker endorsement required.
- Ability to safely handle fuel and petroleum products in a local delivery setting.
- Commitment to safe driving practices and reliable, on-schedule performance.
- Authorization to work full-time in the United States, based in or near St. Louis, MO.
