What You'll Do

- Deliver medications, treatments, and procedures guided by pediatric emergency protocols and age-appropriate standards
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary providers to build, adjust, and carry out individualized care plans
- Guide families through explanations of conditions, treatment steps, and clear post-visit instructions
- Document assessments, care actions, and outcomes accurately in the electronic medical record
- Recognize and respond without delay to shifts in patient status while backing resuscitation and critical-care efforts
What We're Looking For
- Active Registered Nurse license permitting practice in Massachusetts
- Prior experience in pediatric nursing or emergency department care
- Familiarity with developmental and clinical needs across pediatric age groups
- Sound clinical decision-making under time-sensitive and high-pressure conditions
- Effective verbal and written communication skills for connecting with children, caregivers, and the care team
- Current Basic Life Support certification; Pediatric Advanced Life Support credential is highly valued
