  • Guide families through explanations of conditions, treatment steps, and clear post-visit instructions
  • Document assessments, care actions, and outcomes accurately in the electronic medical record
  • Recognize and respond without delay to shifts in patient status while backing resuscitation and critical-care efforts

What We're Looking For

  • Active Registered Nurse license permitting practice in Massachusetts
  • Prior experience in pediatric nursing or emergency department care
  • Familiarity with developmental and clinical needs across pediatric age groups
  • Sound clinical decision-making under time-sensitive and high-pressure conditions
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills for connecting with children, caregivers, and the care team
  • Current Basic Life Support certification; Pediatric Advanced Life Support credential is highly valued
