Day-to-Day Responsibilities

What We're Looking For

• Unencumbered Registered Nurse license issued by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing credential; graduate-level nursing education viewed as beneficial
• Solid foundation of hands-on perioperative clinical experience in an acute care setting
• Documented success in prior nursing supervisory, charge-nurse, or management responsibilities
• Advanced skills in communication, prioritization, and problem-solving under time-sensitive conditions
